This Covers give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Disappointing
I own Otterbox cases for many devices but this one is terrible. It does not have an attached screen protector. Instead Otterbox includes a screen protector that adheres to the e-reader. This is a very expensive case that is definitely not worth the price. I would not purchase this unless it were greatly discounted.
2. Screen Protector not as advertised
I agree with previous review. Very disappointed with Otterbox's choice to falsely advertize: "So it’s only natural that the built-in screen protector of the Defender Series keeps your Amazon Paperwhite’s display looking like the day you bought it with a strong protective film that guards against smudges and scratches while still maintaining touch screen responsiveness." It was definitely NOT the typical Otterbox style of a built-in screen protector, but instead, a basic film screen protector that was included with the box. Seriously disappointed in Otterbox.
I wrote to Otterbox customer service about this concern & that I hope it was a mistake. I'll be returning this item back to Amazon if not. Too expensive to not have complete protection on all sides.

I love Otterbox products. There is no better protection out there. The only thing that I don't like about this cover in particular, is that it does not come equipped with a magnet on the cover to turn on the device when uncovered and turn off the device when the cover is put on. I was used to the cover that I originally bought with the Paperwhite. I didn't even know where the on button was! The cover made it so convenient that it spoiled me. Other than that, the Otterbox works great. So, if you don't mind that you have to turn the device on and off manually, it's all good.
