1. Square trade warranty company treated me right
Square trade warranty company treated me right.
Amazon was out of Kindle White 3G when I ordered. I bought the warranty at the same time. By the time the Kindle White arrived a month had passed. I called Square trade, they started the coverage from the date I received it not the date I bought it. They have great customer support.
2. Mail papers
Called 2 times regarding the warranty contract that should be mailed to person ordering the contract. I ordered 3 items from Amazon all with a warranty. These items are to be given as gifts and a paper copy should BE MAILED TO THE CUSTOMER NOT A COPY OF E_MAIL too be given with the gift. Contacted Square Trade and as of this time have not received the warranty papers as of this date. Also warranty dated and have not received items yet to be covered and will be given as gifts for the holidays

Great customer service
So far so good although I have not had the chance to use it. Talked to representatives on the phone about the plan and how it works. Excellent customer service.
